Cardinal Golf Club situated in Newmarket is one of the Ontario largest public golf facilities. Featuring three championship golf courses and a short course , a mini-putt and a full practice facility along with a beautiful clubhouse with many meeting rooms. Cardinal is also one of the countries busiest golf venues.

Golf Sudbury needed a solution that would allow them to centralize their operations for their multiple facilities which are separated by great distances.

They wanted the ability to hold all their customers and members in one database and have easy access to each person’s spending history and playing privileges. Their customers have the option of purchasing an individual membership or reciprocal membership privileges at two, three or all four courses; and that can get quite confusing.
